I have been serving the metro area since 2017. Knot Average Massage provides massage to everyone from youth to the elderly. I graduated from Fingerlakes School of Massage in 2013 and also attended The Swedish Institute for Massage Therapy in NYC in 2001.  I love being able to help others through the gift of touch. I have certifications in Neuromuscular, Lymphatic drainage, Prenatal, Burn Scar, and Myofascial techniques. I am also a breast cancer survivor with a double mastectomy. I know the struggle of dealing with scar tissue, emotional detachment, hopelessness and fear. I’m here to tell you, you not only have a friend in me, but have someone to cater to YOUR physical needs.
